Return and Refund Policy

At Persistentres, we take pride in offering reliable, high-quality products designed to simplify your daily life. Each item is inspected and packaged with care before shipment. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to make a return or request a refund, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • The product has not been installed, modified, or damaged through misuse or improper handling.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back.

To start a return, please contact us at support@persistentres.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief reason for return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Once received, your return will be inspected within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund Approval

After inspection, if your item is approved for a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

4. Typical Refund Timelines

Since all purchases on Persistentres are processed securely through PayPal, refunds will be issued directly to your PayPal account.

  • PayPal Balance: Refunds are typically processed on the same day your return is approved.
  • Linked Payment Method (via PayPal): Depending on PayPal’s internal processing and your linked payment source, it may take 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive an email notification from PayPal once your refund has been completed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout.
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still be eligible for return under our policy.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.
