Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Clearance items or items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items
- Personalized or custom items
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return address
Please contact our customer service email address service@gratitudewing.com and we will send you a return address via email.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge the restocking fee.
Return process
1. To start a return, you can contact us at support@persistentres.com
. In the email, describe the product you are returning and attach a photo of the product that clearly shows all the information about the product, including packaging, you can upload 2-3 photos. In the email you will also need to provide order number and email address used for purchase.
2. Once we receive your reply email, we will immediately enter the approval process. Once we approve your return request, we will send you an email with instructions in which we will inform you of our return address.
3. You need to return your package (The package must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories and user manuals attached.) Send it to our designated return address via trackable logistics and send us another Email us to let us know that you have sent a package with your return shipping number.
4. After our warehouse receives your return, we will evaluate the contents of your package and decide whether to issue a refund. Once we complete the assessment, we will issue your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
Out-of-Stock Items
If your order consists of multiple items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock: We will either continue to ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s) to your original method of payment, or we will contact you to confirm that an alternative is available.
Cancelling An Order
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours from placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at support@joyousspar.com to cancel within the time period described above.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the post office to find the package.
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned items:
For items in line with our return policy, We will process a full refund within 2 working days. Once your refund has been processed, we will inform you by email. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your payment institution to process and post your refund.
How long does it take for a PayPal refund to arrive?
We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money varies by payment method.
- Credit card
When you pay with a credit card, it takes between 1 and 2 billing cycles for a refund to complete, depending on the card issuer.
- Debit Card
When you pay with your debit card, it will generally take up to 5 business days for your refund to be completed, however, depending on your card company, some refunds may take up to 30 days. If we are unable to apply the refund to your debit card, we will add it to your PayPal balance.
- Bank account
When you pay with your bank account, we’ll automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete.
Some refunds may take up to thirty days, depending on the status of the payment at the time the refund was issued.
- PayPal balance
When you pay with your balance, the refund will go to your PayPal Balance on the same day.
